Miss Wonderful
- February 11th, 2009
Alias’: Jillian Spencer, J C Spencer, JC
Birthplace: New Jersey, USA
Based: Thompson, Canada
Height: 5 ft 8 in
Powers/Skills: Olympic level athlete. She is fast, agile and has great endurance. She has above average strength and is supremely athletic. She is also an arms expert, and crack-shot marksman.
Weakness’: She is addicted to steroids. Excessive use has rendered her mentally unstable, and she is prone to ‘roid-rage’. She is also something of a gun nut. Having spent several years hidden away in a remote log cabin making weapons, she has amassed a huge collection of firearms. When she is having one of her ‘bad days’ she will often carry two loaded guns by her side, just in case someone pisses her off.
Jillian Spencer is a former Olympic Decathlon gold medalist, and world record holder. Shortly after her famous win she embarked on a high profile career in the media’s spotlight, signing multi million pound advertising deals with Foster’s Cough Syrup and Crunt Footware. She also fronted her own talk show for two seasons, where she met her future fiance Grayson Taylor, the Pro American Football star. The couple were wealthy and popular, and seemed to have everything going for them. That was until life in the worlds eye caused her training to suffer. She could never regain the fitness that led to her Olympic win, and started taking steroids in an effort to regain some of her former glory.
Once at the top of her sport and loved the world over she was shamed and dismissed from competition after testing positive for illegal substances. Her records were deleted and she was stripped of all of her titles. Her husban divorced her, fearing that the relationship would tarnish his own reputation. After suffering constant torment at the hands of the press for almost six months, Jillian Spencer decided to go into hiding. She emigrated to Canada and lived alone in a custom designed and built log cabin, away from the public eye. Endless security systems and electrified fences kept her safely hidden away from the world outside.
While there she developed a love for guns. Before long Jillian Spencer was designing and making her own weapons. She continued to take the steroids that led to her ban and became ever more unhinged. She became prone to regular bouts of ‘Roid-Rage’ as she plunged deeper into a spiral of drugs and depression.
After several years in hiding Jillian was contacted by LORBS founder, Mr Brilliant and asked to join his team. He had met the athlete when his cough syrup company (Foster’s Cough Syrup) sponsored her after her Olympic win. Simply to avoid going stir-crazy she agreed to join, as long as her costume would hide her face from public view. She also insisted that other members should not know her true identity. To further change her appearance she dyed her hair a bright pink.
The Shaming of Jillian Spencer
After reaching the pinnacle of her sport, Jillian Spencer was known and loved the world over. The Olympic Decathlon silver medalist was hailed as one of the greatest sportswomen the world had ever seen.
Miss Spencer competed at the highest level for half a decade, before scandal ended the dream. A journalist (Max Cliffborn) caught this now infamous picture of the star leaving an LA nightspot in the early hours of the morning. The photo sparked a wave of speculation over Jillian Spencer’s habits away from the track.
Many of her former friends spoke out against her, claiming that the athlete was an alcoholic and drug addict. Then her own coach sold a story to a tabloid newspaper claiming that Miss Spencer had been taking performance enhancing drugs for most of her career. The coach told of how the athlete would party until the early hours of the morning, high on illegal drugs before reporting to training in the morning where she would take yet more substances to level out.
Jillian Spencer was made to take a series of drugs tests by the sporting council and by police. She failed them all.
A lifetime ban was placed on the shamed star and the public turned against her. To escape the daily torment she packed her bags and emigrated to Canada. She used what money she had managed to save throughout her career to build a secluded mountain home, with workshops and several garages. She still resides in the mountain retreat, away from public view.
